Monthly support is used for the same documentation AiroQue delivers as projects: Control Plan and PFMEA development and revision, engineering change impact reviews, inspection plans, work instructions and APQP deliverables. Everything is written in your customer's format and terminology.
What stays with your team
MRB decisions, product sign-offs, customer contact and ownership of your AS9100 quality system stay with your organization. AiroQue writes and revises the documents; your people approve and release them.
How work is requested and tracked
Requests come in through the project-review form or by email to customer.support@airoque.com. Each request names the document, the revision and the date it is needed.
Project or monthly: when each makes sense
A fixed-price project fits a defined deliverable, such as one new Control Plan or one alignment review. Monthly support fits a steady stream of revisions and changes, where scoping each one separately would slow the work down.
